Today, we went carolling. Oo, this is my first time playing guitar and carolling...
Thank God, I can have this chance to carol...
We went to a total of four houses. We did this especially for the elderlys...
At 1pm, I waited for pastor. About 1.30pm, she finally came to fetch me...lol
We reached and we practised for a few minutes...
Bringing our santa hats along, we went into the 1st house in BU..
I took out the guitar and went to sit down...
We started playing the guitar and singing~~~5 songs all together
Then, pastor read the bible and we prayed for her..
Oo, if I've not mistaken, she is kor kor's great grandma..
After that, we went to another house in BU..
There's a piano beside the main door...still open...lol
I took out the guitar and we started singing~
This time pastor forgot about the 'we wish u a meerry christmas' song...and she read the bible..
Later, someone told her about that and we sang that song..lol
This 婆婆's daughter came back to Malaysia for a short time...she's going back b4 christmas...hope that she could spend more time with her mum..
3rd house...in Kota Damansara...lol, we thought that nobody is at home..then the kakak open the door..the gate knocked the van and pastor reversed the car...
LOL, I saw the broken car plate...pastor said that the car plate was broken last time, this time no damage, lol
oo, there's 2 small ponds in front of the house with fish in it..
We went in the house and started singing~
The 公公 clapped hands while we sang...lol
Pastor read bible and we prayed..
Before leaving, he shaked hands with some of us...
Pastor sent 4 person home and we continued our journey..
Next, we went to an old folks' home...
We went in and they are watching TV-我猜,我猜,我猜猜猜
And there's a 婆婆 separating the different colours of straws...
Pastor asked the maids whether there's more people...
Then, I took out the guitar and sat on a chair near me...
This time, I have to play on my own...that means if I must not play wrong ah~~ SO STRESSED..
I started playing and they sang along...
The 4 songs were OK, but the 'we wish u a merry christmas' song is the worst...I kelam-kabut already..
Luckily, their voice covered some of my mistakes..
Then pastor read the bible and we prayed for a 婆婆 who was English educated, I think...
She cried and pastor conforted her and told her some ways to make her leg better...
then we left..
We went back to church and then we went home...
This trip is really meaningful and fun!!! Hope to join carolling next year!!!
