Two more days~
I really hope that I'll continue to read the text books so that I don't need to suffer next year...
And then must play piano at least 3hrs and gu zheng at least 2hrs every day...OO, hope that I'll compose some new songs
I don't have a specific ambition and the subjects I'm taking for SPM is so limited...Should I do something related to BIO, like nutritionist, or be an accountant, or song composer, or musician(can't really), or teacher in kindergarten, or open a bakery shop, or ....I really dunno
My Bro...
Haha, can't believe that he will think about that when he is only 7+ (going to be 8 in Dec.)

Gu Zheng presentation
How should I overcome my nervousness??? Eventhough I practised until no mistakes at all, but then when it comes to the actual day, I don't know what's going to happen...
I really hope that I can perform well...Oh ya, by then, I might have to bring the Gu Zheng which is very heavy...But then, if there is only 1 performance, then how many song should I play??? If can, choir would be my 2nd choice of performance, but we don't have enough people...and not everyone in JYouth wants to sing...only a few only...

Maple leaves turn out to be a forest
James and Matthew
My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.- James 1:19-20
As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead- James 2:26
Above all, my brothers, do not swear - not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. Let your "Yes" be yes, and your "No", no, or you will be condemned.- James 5:12
...The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.- James 5:16
After reading James, I somehow wanted to read the last supper and I flipped to Matthew, reading the last few chapters and that reminded me about the movie we watched in church. After reading that, I read the first 13 chapters of Matthew and I found the Lord's prayer.

HARPSICHORD and PIANO~
A harpsichord is a musical instrument played by means of a keyboard. It produces sound by plucking a string when a key is pressed. In the narrow sense, "harpsichord" designates only the large wing-shaped instruments in which the strings are perpendicular to the keyboard. In a broader sense, "harpsichord" designates the whole family of similar plucked keyboard instruments, including the smaller virginals, muselar, and spinet. The harpsichord was widely used in Renaissance and Baroque music. During the late 18th century it gradually disappeared from the musical scene with the rise of the piano. But in the 20th century it made a resurgence, used in historically informed performance of older music, in new (contemporary) compositions, and in popular culture.
The piano is a musical instrument which is played by means of a keyboard. Widely used in Western music for solo performance, ensemble use, chamber music, and accompaniment, the piano is also very popular as an aid to composing and rehearsal. Although not portable and often expensive, the piano's versatility and ubiquity have made it one of the most familiar musical instruments. Pressing a key on the piano's keyboard causes a felt covered hammer to strike steel strings. The hammers rebound, allowing the strings to continue vibrating at their resonant frequency. These vibrations are transmitted through a bridge to a sounding board that couples the acoustic energy to the air so that it can be heard as sound. When the key is released, a damper stops the string's vibration. Pianos are sometimes classified as both percussion and stringed instruments. According to the Hornbostel-Sachs method of music classification, they are grouped with chordophones. The word piano is a shortened form of the word pianoforte, which is seldom used except in formal language and derived from the original Italian name for the instrument, clavicembalo [or gravicembalo] col piano e forte (literally harpsichord with soft and loud). This refers to the instrument's responsiveness to keyboard touch, which allows the pianist to produce notes at different dynamic levels by controlling the speed with which the hammers hit the strings.

1 JOHN
This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. - 1 John 1:5
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. - 1 John 1:8-9
...But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense - Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. - 1 John 2:1-2
The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever. - 1 John 2:17
How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And this is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. - 1 John 3:1
Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness. But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him. - 1 John 3:4-6
No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God. - 1 John 3:9
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him. And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us. Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us. - 1 John 3:21-24
Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world. - 1 John 4:1-3
You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them. We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood. - 1 John 4:4-6
This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. - 1 John 4:9-10
This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. - 1 John 5:3-4
We accept man's testimony, but God's testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son. Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. - 1 John 5:9-12
We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the one who was born of God keeps him safe, and the evil one cannot harm him. - 1 John 5:18
We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding , so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true - even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life. Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.- 1 John 5:20-21
